God is so good! After after several more weeks, the original 3 members of the group all have a Bible and are reading on their own as well as studying with the group. New members Ahmed and Mohammed have started to come but are not yet consistently attending and you know nothing beyond their first names. Elias also became bold enough to tell his parents, Aliya and Carlos Alvarado, what he has been learning. Surprisingly, they have been open to learning more as well. As they live in Valencia, you decide to assign them to Damián and ask him to follow up with a Skype meeting to determine next steps. In parallel, Ibrahim mentioned to his sister, Fatima, the group study. She also showed interest but felt it was inappropriate to be a part of the Elias College Group. So, you decide to ask Julie to follow up with Fatima.
There is much to update with new contacts, new meetings to arrange and new assignments. For Elias, Ibrahim, and Ahmed check the Faith Milestones (Important markers in a contact’s journey that can happen in any order) Has Bible and Reading Bible. As Elias group has been maturing, change the group type from Pre-Group to Group in the Groups tile. Add the new contacts and new information above. For Ahmed and Mohammed, set their Contact Status as Not Ready as you have not yet met them. Put them in Elias College Group so you remember how they became contacts. Assign Carlos and Aliya to Damián and Fatima to Julie. Their Contact Status should change from Active to Waiting to be accepted when you directly assign them to another teammate. This indicates they can refuse the additional assignment.
