Log out of D.T. Log back in as Julie. The bell in the upper right corner will have a number on it indicating she has unread messages. Hovering over the bell, you see Julie has been assigned to Fatima and been asked to follow up. Changing to the Dashboard tab at the top of the page will also show that Julie has been assigned a Pending Contact.
Accept the contact. The contact, Fatima, is now assigned to Julie and has become “Active.” Julie is responsible for this contact. It is important that anyone who is seeking to know Jesus does not fall through the cracks. It is recommended to attempt to call this contact as soon as possible.
Hypothetically, of course, Julie calls Fatima’s phone number, but the she does not answer.

Under “Quick Actions,” click “No Answer”. Notice in the Comments and Activity tile, it recorded the date and time when you tried to establish contact. It also changed the Seeker Path under the Progress tile to “Contact Attempted.”
