Make sure you have a site link set up between you and the Disciple.Tools instance you want to send a contact to. See instructions.
For example, a team in Spain receives a contact who is in France. The team in Spain can link their Disciple.Tools site to their partner’s site in France. They will be able to transfer any contacts from the Spain site to the France site and vice versa.
How to transfer contact #
Step 1
Navigate to your contacts
Step 2
Click the contact you want to share
Step 3
Click “Share”
Step 4
Select the Disciple.Tools instance you want to send this contact to
Step 5
Click “Confirm Transfer”
Step 6
Note that your contact has been transferred.
Transferred Contacts Report #
This Metrics page, at Metrics > Project > Transferred Contacts, provides a summary on the contacts that have been transferred from your instance to another instance.
